Our Story

We’ve been close friends since we were 15.

We went through high school together and later both attended the University of Tirana, where we studied in the same faculty but followed different paths, one in Finance and the other in Business Informatics.

While studying, we also started working together in customer support, handling the day-to-day operations of online stores.

For more than three years, we were fully involved in managing customer communication, order issues, and all the small tasks that keep a store running.

Over time, we started noticing something that didn’t feel right, smaller stores were often overlooked by other teams and also by the entire industry.

So we changed how we worked and treated every store with the same level of attention, regardless of size. That mindset eventually became IllyRun Consulting.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help Shopify stores and e-commerce brands scale without being held back by daily operations.

We believe businesses should focus on growth, not repetitive tasks, and that every company deserves reliable systems behind the scenes.

We help founders reduce operational stress by improving customer support, workflows, and structure so they can focus fully on increasing sales.

Our Team

What started as a small operation between two friends has grown into a dedicated team of 8 professionals focused on helping e-commerce businesses run smoothly and scale with confidence.

Based in Tirana, Albania, we work directly with clients and become a real part of their daily operations. Over the past 7 years, we’ve supported 150+ e-commerce businesses through reliable customer support, dispute handling, refunds, returns, and store management.
